Fire Alarm Systems Inspection
Testing of all field devices (pull stations, smoke and heat detectors, duct detectors and bells) testing of fire alarm panel (alarm zoning, trouble activation, annunciator identification, battery load testing) as per Ontario Fire Code and CAN/ULC-S536-04
Voice Communications System Inspection
Testing of all field devices (speakers, fire phones) testing of voice panel (phone receiving zones, trouble activation, annunciator identification, battery load testing) as per Ontario Fire Code and CAN/ULC-S541-07
Auxiliary Testing
This would be testing of auxiliary functions such as fan shut down, elevator recall, smoke control activation or computer room power down process.
Scheduled Bypassing & Fire Watch
Teaching site personnel how to properly bypass the fire panels for construction or renovation and teaching them then how to properly maintain the fire watch as per Ontario Fire Code requirements
Fire Extinguisher Inspection
Conducting annual and monthly inspections and repairs in order to keep them in proper operational condition in the event of an emergency as per NFPA 10
Emergency Lighting Testing
Conducting annual and monthly inspections and repairs in order to keep them in proper operational condition in the event of an emergency as per Ontario Fire Code
Fire Dampers
Annual visual inspection and links replaced in order to keep them in proper operational condition in the event of an emergency as per Ontario Fire Code
Smoke Control
Annual operational inspection of the system in order to insurer proper operation of the system as per Ontario Fire Code
Deficiency Repair
As required after annual or monthly inspections are completed.
